During last week's panel on African American Nonprofit Leadership, Patrick Corvington from the Annie E. Casey Foundation suggested that there were two foolproof ways for next generation leaders to get dream jobs and develop leadership in the nonprofit sector: 1) Networking and 2) The "Stretch Assignment".
